Each individual may hold only one registered q5bet account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them.
At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for updating your account details promptly if any information changes. q5bet shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to provide or maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of q5bet complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. q5bet does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in your specific location. It is your responsibility to determine and comply with any local legal requirements before using q5bet services.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your q5bet login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out through your account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you, unless you have notified q5bet promptly following discovery of any unauthorised access.
q5bet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Enabling 2FA does not limit your responsibility for account security under these Terms. You must notify q5bet's support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your account security.
q5bet accounts are personal and non-transferable. Accounts may not be sold, assigned, or otherwise transferred to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of any associated balance.
q5bet currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). q5bet reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits are credited to your q5bet account balance in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposit limits are displayed within the account cashier section. q5bet does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which q5bet accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, or to a verified bank account or mobile wallet registered in the account holder's name. q5bet reserves the right to require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by method. q5bet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All account balances, bet stakes, and winnings are denominated in PKR. Where a User initiates a transaction in a different currency, conversion to PKR will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. q5bet is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. q5bet reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Users will be notified before any such fee is applied where practically possible.
All bets and wagers placed on q5bet are subject to the specific game or market rules applicable to the product in question. Sportsbook bets are subject to q5bet's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. Casino game outcomes are determined by the certified random number generator (RNG) of the respective game studio; q5bet has no ability to influence or alter game outcomes.
q5bet reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed, accepted, or settled as a result of a system error, pricing error, data feed error, or other technical malfunction. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the User's account balance. q5bet's decision on voiding bets is final.
The maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets is subject to platform-wide and market-specific limits as published within the q5bet sportsbook and casino interfaces. These limits are subject to change at q5bet's discretion.
q5bet may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives to new or existing account holders. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of the overall Terms applicable to that bonus.
Bonuses may only be used by the verified account holder to whom they are issued. Bonus abuse — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, collusion between accounts, or any other conduct designed to exploit the bonus system — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may result in account closure and forfeiture of related winnings.
q5bet reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes will not retrospectively affect bonuses already credited and in active use within their published terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on q5bet and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance:
q5bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable users. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, cool-off periods (temporary self-exclusion), and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the Account Settings section of your q5bet profile.
If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion or deposit limit tools immediately. Users who have self-excluded from q5bet must not attempt to circumvent the self-exclusion by creating new accounts. Any account identified as belonging to a self-excluded user will be immediately closed and any balance will be returned subject to verification of identity.
q5bet is an 18+ platform. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. q5bet accepts no liability for any minor who gains unauthorised access to a registered adult's account.
All content on the q5bet platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data — is the property of q5bet or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the q5bet platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any q5bet content without the prior written consent of q5bet or the relevant rights holder.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q5bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures.
q5bet's total aggregate liability to any individual User in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits q5bet's liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
q5bet makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. q5bet is not responsible for the actions or content of third-party game studios whose titles are available on the platform.
q5bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances where q5bet reasonably suspects a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that q5bet determines to be harmful to the platform or other users.
You may request closure of your q5bet account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification and withdrawal processing procedures.
q5bet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, q5bet will endeavour to provide notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of q5bet following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which q5bet holds its operating licence. Any disputes not resolved through q5bet's internal complaints procedure may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body in accordance with q5bet's applicable licensing framework.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, Users are required to submit a written complaint to q5bet's support team and allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for the complaint to be reviewed and a response to be provided. q5bet will endeavour to resolve all complaints in a fair, timely, and transparent manner.
